Securematics HealthCare provides high-quality, personalised home care, live-in care, and support services to adults of all ages. Central to our approach is the rights of the service user, to whom we are dedicated to enhancing quality of life, and helping them retain independence in their homes for longer.
Working predominantly throughout the London Boroughs. We provide care to people who have been assessed as needing assistance to meet their social and personal care needs. For some, this means regular planned home care visits, whereas for others this can mean 24-hour private or commissioned-based care, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
The home care and live-in care services we provide throughout Southeast London are designed to meet each individual’s needs. We work closely with adult Social Services, GPs, and Clinical Commissioning Groups to ensure that the care provided is exactly what is required. We also dedicate time to discussing the level and type of care with the family and, most importantly, the individual themselves. As part of this process, we will ‘match’ the service user’s carer preferences to our database of DBS-checked carers to ensure that you and your loved one feel comfortable with the person visiting their home.

As an experienced care-staffing agency with a large team of fully trained carers and registered nurses, we offer bespoke packages of live-in care and hourly visiting care across London.
With a dedicated care at-home team in our Lewisham office and carers located throughout London, we can offer a service whilst maintaining local expertise and knowledge.
Our care at-home service offers you the choice to remain independent in the comfort of your own home, without compromising on quality of care.
We follow a rigid recruitment procedure to ensure that all our workers comply with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). All our staff and carers are CRB /DBS fully enhanced and checked.
